Text of Complaint by Rajendra Tiwari:

I have enquired about DTH service from Airtel and tata sky and Airtel service provider convinced me to choose Airtel over TATA Sky. I did the same and they installed but not activating the connection saying payment is not reflecting in ID. They accept that payment has been done to them but it is not reflecting so we can not activate which is totally absurd as their claim to activate within 4 hours are totally wrong and the service provider stopped picking up calls and customer care say they have mailed the provider and have asked them to activate but service provider say we are working for it I have waited 1st deadline of next 6 hour for resolution and then they said 24 hours and it’s already 48 hours and the respected lady named shradha from Rajnandgaon who has convinced me for to take connection. Now she is refusing my calls.

I have also requested to either refund my money or provide services but she started refusing calls.
