Good Afternoon! My DTH Airtel ID 3021885222-001 from Bhilwara(Rajasthan). It’s really painful.Though it’s a complaint but I am viewing it as sharing the difficulties faced by the genuine customers.If you check my all accounts never I am default and all advance payments only.Coming to the discussion, my due date was 28th March as per my last advance payment and I was advised to chose a package before that day.I received a message stating my TV has been suspended due to low balance when I was out of Station.I was totally unhappy and said please change it to my own package and requested your staff And furnished my required channels. Ok, After that again I am receiving caution on my TV that March 9th is due date of payment. I have referred to customer care about the payment and new package for which one Ms.Rajani spoke to me and got convinced and stated she old look into it. I thought the problem is solved. But unfortunately my TV was suspended on 10/3 again. I have taken up this with many of customer care executives and unfortunately unable to understand the situation. I have sent proof of my payment and SMS of new package started on 28/3. Some one says 48 hours some one says 72 hours and ultimately no result even after more than 72 hours. Being Senior Citizen TV is only entertainment for us but totally denied without any fault of me.
