Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Afternoon!  My DTH Airtel ID 3012987604-001 from Hyderabad. It’s really painful to bring to your notice especially Senior Citizen aged 75years like me. Though it’s a complaint but I am viewing it as sharing the difficulties faced by the genuine customers. Let me give my little background of one family like having many connections with Airtel for many more years. I am having two DTH connections and Broadband and landline connection of Airtel for many years. If you check my all accounts never I am default and all advance payments only. Added to this I have given lease of my terrace for keeping AIRTEL shelter for last 13 years and I am maintaining good relations with all your staff.
Coming to the discussion, my due date was 9th March as per my last advance payment and I was advised to chose a package before that day. On 15th Feb I received a message stating my TV has been suspended due to low balance when I was out of Station. On my return from my South tour on 21/2, I have chosen value Sports HD ₹.475/- on 24/2 but after viewing channels I was totally unhappy and said please change it to my own package and requested your staff And furnished my required channels. Ok, one Ms.Fathima has been assigned from your side and she added possible channels of my choice and stated ₹.413/- per month i.e.on 1st March. After that again I am receiving caution on my TV that March 9th is due date of payment. I have referred to customer care about the payment and new package for which one Ms.Rajani spoke to me and got convinced and stated she old look into it. I thought the problem is solved. But unfortunately my TV was suspended on 10/3 again. I have taken up this with many of customer care executives and unfortunately unable to understand the situation. I have sent proof of my payment and SMS of new package started on 1/3. Some one says 48 hours some one says 72 hours and ultimately no result even after more than 72 hours. Being Senior Citizen TV is only entertainment for us but totally denied without any fault of me. Today I received one message stating to pay₹.2198/- and enjoy for 6 months without any details. Below there are 2 e mails and my proof of payment and SMS message of new package dt.1/3.
I only request you to look into all aspects not of rules and regulations and practically with customer point of view and hopefully to hear a positive response at the earliest possible.
Regrets for such lengthy message as I have exhausted all possible approaches.
