Earlier I was using 2 ids I.e. 3007382096 001 and 3007382096002.. Later on due to certain circumstances I have deactivated my 2nd I’d…. and using only 1st I’d…. On first id I had activated 399 for 3 months which was suggested by ur reprentative earlier…
On dated 01/10/2020 again I call customer care for deactivate my first id and same pack activation on 2nd id which was suspended…..ur representative assured me that such things will be done first u recharge.. accordingly I have done recharge for Rs 462 and 2nd id will be activated and first id will be deactivated….
After recharge it has come to noticed that all channels including HD and normal have been activated….
It’s my humble request to look into the matter and activate my earlier pack which is 399 for 3 months on my second id and deactivate my first id as committed by ur Reprentative….
