Text of Complaint by Vishal:

I made a recharge of Rs 500 for Airtel DTH. The amount is not reflected in my account.

I checked with my bank and they are claiming that transaction is successful and they provided me with all the details, which I shared with Airtel as well.

It has been 5 days, I am continuous follow-up with Airtel but they are not providing any status. They disconnected my DTH connection for low balance as well.

Every time I call they are just asking me to WAIT.
