Text of Complaint by Amarjit Pradhan:

I have registered a complain for airtel dth tv to call customer care no. Of airtel dth on 9th oct, 2019 which was my dth have no signal.at that time executive told me that by today itself our engineer solve d problem,where was engineer came to my house and told me that u have change d setup box.i’m ready for that but where was the engineer told me today i’ll change d new setup box which is charged totally 350 but it’ll active after 48hours but u have close the complaint. i’m agree with change setup box  but i can close my complaint when setup box is active. After that the engineer do inform me leave d house. After that once again i given complain against the engineer and my dth tv. After days gone commitment failure. But i have in same problem no one replace my setup box
