Sir,
I coustomer of artel dth sice 10 yr . I recharge this yr as your message 1 yr pack in 1199 on jan 2019. BUT I received MEESAGE 23 JULY THIS PLAN NT ACTIVE . I cont coustomer care & she is talk me your packege working as 1 yr & manage your profile acc.
26 july my this DTH CONCETION TV not runinng & show error code 4 .
I again call centre & hr levelofficer lodge my complaint . comp. no sent message but not rec meesage.& problevem solved in 24 to 48 hours maximum. my tv disk conection disconect any meesage or piror information. this is your very poor serices .
But after 30 hours my tv not running & and not any reply this mater .
please seen this materr argenly . other wise I complant at TRAI OR HIGHER COMPLANT DEPRATMENT.
