I have requested for Airfiber+DTH option with Airtel and AIrtel personnel Shridhar Kshirsagar reached our home on 2th June and did KYC and took the money. Later after following up they sent the technician on 28th June and installed the fiber but not activated DTH connection. I have been following up with them constantly but its been 6 days since the installation done but not activated the service. I have been asking for cancel the request and refund the money but they are not doing it. Hence I would like to lodge the complaint against airtel representative for not taking ownership and not providing the service where the money has been paid.
