Hi,
- I live in a multi storey building in Mumbai and have a DTH connection and I am facing issues with some channels. They ask to pay for issue with dish installed on terrace which provides connection to all the flats. I feel that it’s unfair to ask one customer to pay for this. There should be rules to such situations. If they change the angle of the dish and other customer from the apartment pays for changing it again I have to pay to change the direction and there would be no end to the issue. Thanks in advance
