Sir,
With reference to above subject I am a airtel dth subscriber, customer ID 3019828961, send the message about activation of my new plan to set the channels according to airtel new dth plan on 10 Feb 2019. After that since last 5 days I am unable to view the channels because of negligence of airtel customer care centre though I was already recharge my sath connection account two time in advance. It is also seen that, the airtel sath provider unnecessarily deduct the amount and unwantedly force to recharge again and again.
So, I kindly request you to look into this matter and oblige.
