I have register the complaints. On 20th july 2020 about my set of box. Technician came and did some thing and it started. Today i.e. on 5th August again the same problem happened. And now after calling customer service again they told me you have to pay to technician for.the same problem. Being non teachincal we dont know what the problem is. Airtel is looting the consumers. Kindly help in this matter
