PATHETIC service ever got, you guys are irritating me like hell.
I recharged my Airtel DTH two weeks ago, following all the new rules, i am not getting all the channels for which i paid the huge amount.And the worst part is i got a call for your service center to solve the problem, instead of solving my problem they increased it to another level, now i am not getting the channels which were accessible to me earlier.
And addition to it is, they logged a ticket for account discontinuation, i mean guys seriously this is how you provide service to your customers.
You guys are asking me again and again to do the same task, as if we are not having anything else to do but to select and re-select the channels and let u guys know about the same.
I am fed up with you guys and the way your support staff talk is pathetic, they sound as if they are doing a favor to us.
I hope this time my problem will be addressed properly without creating further issue for me.
