Text of Complaint by Ravi Kant:

Customer ID-3008351147. I changed to a new plan as per TRAI guidelines on Airtel DTH, however complete blackout. Trying to connect to various Consumer complaint numbers for hours since last 4 days. All numbers are taking forward through welcome Airtel and then disconnects.
