I have successfully recharged amount of ₹510 & ₹ 650 respectively on 1st may 2020 / 630 on 13th May / 200 recharged 13th Jun 2020 but my account is NOT credited with total of ₹1990.
Note : I have not received any notification of expiry date on TV Screen or message on my mobile PRIOR for Discontinuation on service.
Till now the problem hasn’t been fixed. When ever I call customer care they say it will take another 24-48hrs. All Airtel employees are fruad abruptly disconnecting employee name JASHWANT SINGH and liars. They must be banned from providing services in this country. There services are really cheap and unacceptable.
