Hi Airtel DTH Team,
I have faced the worst customer experience with my Airtel DTH connection in the last 6months and especially last 2 months.
My Customer ID: 3026578873
Now I have decided to quit the Airtel connection as I feel Airtel has the worst Customer Support staff ever.
Issue: I have around 2 connections for the above customer ID as 001 and 002. I have been requesting for disconnection of my 002 connection for the past 2months and everytime I get a response “Yes sir we’ll do” but it never happened and Airtel ate away my money as I had to recharge for every 10-12 days and I almost ended up paying 2500 for just 2months.
I would be taking this to Consumer Court as I had to face the banter for about 2months and also don’t see any proper responses from any of the customer support person or even their higher ups.
I get see ignorant response from one of your supervisors named Sandhya.
