My customer id is 3024766247
I am not getting signal since 2 weeks and I raised a complaint on Saturday 2nd March 2019 with the acknowledgement message
“ Dear Customer,service request for yourAirtel DigitalTV ID 3024766247 towards Video Problem is 86373551. For any assistance, call 7995661888”
I tried calling 04044448080 on Saturday and One technician comes and checks signal and dish and tells me no signal due to 5 storey building beside my own house .. I’m shocked to hear the reason since I’ve been using Airtel DTH connection by switching from Tata sky thinking to be the powerful 4g digital technology however, I was wrong and was given 2 options … either take permission from any other neighbour having Airtel connection or take new tata sky connection
However, I requested for a kind gesture from airtel to provide Tata sky connection where in I will pay prorated amount since this problem is not directly my problem but I’m the sufferer who is using your services and lost transmission since 2 weeks
I’ve been calling customer care number everyday and spoke to atleast 6 people and recently being Kaushik the supervisor who guided me to explain my issue with you regarding the replacement of the Airtel dish connection.. my investment in Your services need to be considered and also acknowledge my request
