Hello,
I have purchased airtel dth xtream from Vijay sales on 12 dec 2019. Since then I’m requesting to activate the subscription of the 8 applications I got along with the dth box. As advised by you, I spoke with Sameer from airtel team, he kept on delaying it till all the offices and stores got shut in lockdown. Now when I contacted him today, he simply denied saying that he left the airtel and now he can’t help me and I have to contact Vijay sales since I purchased it from them.
It’s been 6 months, I’m chasing to activate the services for which I have already paid. Multiple customer care complaints, tech personnel visits and this Sameer ….but no resolution…I’m still waiting to get the service activated for these applications.
For your reference I’ve attached the description I received at the time of purchase and the bill.
Please look into it and get it resolved asap as this is really disappointing for me that I have to chase for a service I already paid and that to a brand name. I really need to think about future relationships with either Vijay sales or to the AIRTEL for any service.
