Text of Complaint by Pawan Jaiswani:

Dear Sir/Madam


I am writing this mail to you last time. After that I will definitely file the case against you in consumer court. I am explaining all my problems to you since start. My name is Pawan Jaiswani. My Airtel Digital TV ID 3026836211. My registered mobile number is 9897625048. I booked an airtel connection on 5th September 2018. As per the terms and conditions, one year free subscription provided to me. But unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances I stopped my connection for 6 months  on 25th October 2018. I paid a required charges that was Rs 200 at that time. Around 25th February 2019 I resumed my connection. The validity supposed to be from 25th February2019 to 6th January 2020. But due to the change in the law you have terminated my validity on 6th August  2019 and provided  me a compensation of Rs 114.44 for next 5 months which was very insufficient. Then after having a very long battle you compensate me with in amount of Rs 1711 on 26th August 2019 and my monthly rent was Rs 250 per month. As per calculation it supposed to be end on 27th March 2020. In the meantime, I don’t know how they have changed my pack to Dabang SD pack without my consent. After that I have recharged on 14th February 2020 of Rs 150. After that I have recharged on 10th March 2020 of Rs 200. As per the pack  it should be last for next 20 days i.e, till 30th March. But they have stopped my connection on 28th March. I recharged on 28th March of Rs 235 having an offer of getting Rs 245 instead of Rs 235. And I was having some Rs5.96 in my account i.e, total should be Rs 250. And it supposed to be last for next ,25 days. As per the last actual validity which was 30th March validity should be 24th April. But I was having a message that your account will expire on 19th April. I again recharged on 17th April 2020 of Rs 320 within offer of Rs 335. But I didn’t received any extra benefit on this recharge which was mentioned. So you could understand that how much I am disappointed with your company. I have already filed a complaint against you on consumer helpline. My request number is 1987237. Now what my expectation is that I have recharged a total of Rs 2755 (Rs 114 + Rs 1711 + Rs 150 +Rs 200 + Rs 235 + Rs 10 + Rs 320 + Rs 15) which supposed to be for 11 months from 26th August  to 26th July. I would like to request you to please increase my validity till 25th July and provide me all the channels which I was used to watch earlier. Need earliest telephonic conversation to resolve the issues and to change my plan for future. Why should  I compromise with SD channels instead of HD channels as per your commitment. I am promising you please solve my issues in my favour. After that I will recharge for 1 year. I hope you will understand my problem and will assist me with positive and soon response.
