I have dth connection no.-3014125490 . For which I have recharged of ₹ 799/- on 6th april,2019 and get validity upto 6/10/2019 for that.
But but but none of any channel of my package display on my tv/settop box since 3/5/19 instead of full signal strength.
I have repeatedly call to airtel customer care about 6-7 times bt there is no any response to solve my problem except saying that “your problem is registered & solved within 24 hrs” & ref. No. Provided each time jst for formality(screenshot attached here)
But There is more than 24 days (28 days) passed away instead of 24 hours. It is very very very disgusting & worst service.
