I got a router (broad band) and I usually do the normal #10,000 subscription to get enough data, not until I got a message lately for double data which states I should subscribe with #5000 and get 30Gb instead of 15Gb.
I felt it was a relief due to the COVID19.
I paid for #5000 to get 30Gb and I got 15gb. Despite showing the message to the attendant at the airtel office she told me there was nothing she could do. I fell so cheated. If my number was not among those fit for the promo why was I texted?
Attached was the messages I got like 3tikes and the receipt of my payment.
