- Hi. While travelling internationally Airtel charged me international roaming charge two times for same period. First for 30 days. And then for 10 days for same period I was out to Europe. 30 days international roaming was wrongly started by Airtel and I was struggling to change to 10 days since I was travelling out for a week.
- I spoke to customer care and his lame reason is that I discontinued 30 days and activated 10 days. First it is untrue thar I started roaming for 30 days. Even for an argument I discontinued for 30 days should one not get benefit continued till end of 30 days till I was charged like happens in all other subscriptions?. Them there is no need to start a roaming For 10 days when 30 days roaming is on.
Pls remove my 30 days roaming charge immediately. And as an unfair practice by Airtel I urge them to discontinue my Airtel connection immediately
