I had registered my complaint for ”no network’ at around 01:00AM yesterday and was given a slot between 09:30AM to 10:30AM for the technician to visit my place I waited for long and when I tried to contact both the technicians of my area,to my utter surprise they both do not have any information regarding the visit and when again I contacted customer care at 10:45AM the customer care executive who I think was new and don’t know much about the operation had transffertr my call to his senior on my request and then I realised that the senior official I was talking to is also not sure that when and who would visit my place and is giving me absurd reasons that your complaint would be resolved at around 02:00PM.When I asked about the slot given to me he had no answer.I was waiting for the technician.This kind of irresponsible behaviour is above tolerance from such a reputed company like airtel.
