Text of Complaint by Chaitanya:

I have taken airtel dongle couple of months back. When I took I repeatedly asked only of it is prepaid I will take. Person who gave me this dongle said it is prepaid only and u can recharge whenever u want. This is from airtel store at alwal. But now I’m getting monthly bills even though I’m not using it.

To complain this, none of the airtel customer care numbers given are connecting to customer care persons. But just giving options and says my dongle sim number is wrong. I need someone to contact me or give me way to clear my complaint
