I paid 2829₹ to airtel for broadband connection and their servay agent promised me that all equipment will be installed within 3 days,but it has more than 4 days now and here’s no any service or equipment given by airtel.then I try to call 121 customer care for more details about installation delay but they are saying for refund.I do not want reund,I want service for which I paid already.
