This is a complaint again airtel company, they are doing a very big fraud with their customers with the Internet data. I have experienced this many times that without using my phone for anything, they deducted data like hell and when I tried to call them, it just doesn’t connect. And they do it intentionally.

Today I was looking at it and within 10 minutes- my all the internet data got vanished. At 10.21am, I got a message for 50% usage and at 10.31 -i got another message for 90% usage and 10.32am – it was for 100% usage with a message to recharge my phone internet. They do it intentionally because a user will be left with no choice but to recharge more from them and I have experienced it many times.

Many times I have seen it and it is a very big fraud, they must be earning so much using this trick. I called them and asked for the breakdown of my internet usage from 10.21am but they don’t want to help with any satisfactory answer( asked me to watch videos in low quality and turn off internet).

I request the higher authorities to look into the case and if possible shut this fraud company down. They are a fraud and there customer service is just next to worse.

Anyone reading this is requested not to use airtel atleast not for the Internet purpose or you’ll be facing the same fraud from them.

The company is hell and I m so frustrated.
