This has reference to my email dated 7th Sep 2020 and my telecon today with reference number 1079368350 dated 8th Sep as below, I request you all to sort this issue as soon as possible
At the outset, I wish to summarize the problems I am facing it from March 2020, as below
a. My landline 04443801319 has been disconnected from 20th March 2020 I have started sending email from 20th March 2020. Airtel has sent a message stating that due to lockdown they will take some time. They sent a message stating that the issue has been resolved, without doing it. Kindly cross check whether any happy customer code has been shared, for this complaint against
b. After 25 emails end of July 2020, Airtel visited and resolved the issue by putting a new cable and happy code has been shared with the technical team
c. As soon as this issue has been resolved I have received a bill for nonfunctioning months asking me to pay, which I declined
d. Airtel stopped the connection due to nonpayment from Aug 2020
e. I have received the bill for the month of Aug 2020 today which airtel itself barred the connection
I request you to sort out this issue or remove this connection as soon as possible
I have visited Airtel Ambattur office/ complained in Airtel App, sent more than 25 emails till date without any solution
Kindly provide an immediate solution or remove this connection
