Airtel does not respond properly to complaints. There is no way to talk to there employees on phone. The option of talking to customer care executive does not come on customer care numbers like 121 and 198.

Airtel doesnot respond to my complaints. They always charge a late fees of 100/- rs on my bill. There is no way to talk to there customer care executives on there customer care toll free numbers like 121 or 198.

I dont want any response on my email or on any app. I want them to call and then discuss the issue . Recentely i purchased a new postpaid connection . I’ve some quaries but how to talk??

Other operators are far better than airtel atleast they have people to talk with if any consumer faces any problem.

I’ll port out all my airtel connections of my family collegues and friends as soon as possible.
