So I have been waiting for airtel Xstreams for more than 3 months. Since the last one month, the distributor of my area has been saying “tomorrow”, “two more days” … We four family will be taking the connection in our bye lane. The distributor even said he will set up the box in one day only, if we give pay him. Why will we pay him? We denied. And since then he has been postponing the setting up.
We need the connection urgently. Within two days. We have exams, meetings, interviews.

I don’t know how but do it. The local distributor has disappointed us totally.
Why are people in distribution and services so rude, ignorant and irresponsible?
They are delaying our services already. It’s been more than 3 months.
And the way they behave is not acceptable at all.
How rudely they talk and speak.
They need money. If we give them money, they will do our work today itself. But this is unethical.
Take action against them. Do something.
