i was using an airtel number 9890810491 for more than 10 years. I also had some money left into it. I did not use that number for sometime as I had to travel outside of country. Now when I am trying to use it looks like they assigned that number to someone else and discontinued and in multiple mail exchanges they told me they can’t reactivate services. Discontinuing is one part of the story but they being dishonest as well as no one is talking about giving money back. If required I can send the entire mail communication to you.
