Hi,
I write to you as a last option and I am hoping you would help me. Since few months there has been disconnection every week and each disconnection lasting for nearly 5 days. Due to this I have used internet only for around 4-5 days in a month. After all this hassle I have given a request for disconnection around 4 weeks back. Now they are harassing me with many calls trying to convince me to continue the connection. Even after telling that I am not interested to continue, there has been no disconnection and bill of rupees 1900 has been generated for the month of July. Also nobody has come for removing the wires and box. I look forward your support to:
1. Wave off the unnecessary amount as I have raised the disconnection request 3-4 weeks back and I am not using the internet since.
2. Clear the wire and box from my house immediately.
