To start with a sequence of events, on Feb 8th I got a call from Airtel offering me the plan to upgrade to Airtel Interet TV from the current Airtel Digital TV. To which, I agreed for the upgrade and February 9th was provided to me for the upgrade. I even spoke to the Service Engineer @ 7053508323 who also assured that he was going to office to pick the box for installation and it will be done by 7 pm.
It is a shambolic on the part of Airtel with the kind of service provided to the customers. I was also amazed how that engineer to managed to resolve the issue(See attached screenshot) without even visiting my place
