Text of Complaint by Kumar Pourush:

Airtel Digital TV Customer ID alloted to me is 3029134534 which is different from the Customer ID showing in TV which is 3029135434. As a result, i am unable to watch TV and airtel continously debiting the balance as burning rate without resolving the issue. Airtel technician has made mistake while installing the digital tv.
