I have Airtel Dish Tv connection consumer id is 3022303356 of multi connection.in one connection I showing error code -2. I contacted to customer care on no. 020- 44448080 he said that engineer has to visit. But no problem on set top box & card also. I asked why to visit the engineer he can’t give proper reason. In TV channels description is showing but picture can’t see.
