Text of Complaint by Vijay Kumar Gargipati:

Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken an Airtel Digital connnection with No: 3039045925 in the month of March and as the service was poor and i was not satisfied with the same I had requested for cancellation of Airtel Digital TV during the 1st week of May 2021, however i did not note down the Service Request number. Since then i have further made 2 more requests—-SR46091819 dated 5th July 2021 and SR52563880 dated 4th October 2021, each time i was promised that it would be done within 48 hours but the same has not happened till now. Getting connected with the call centre is tedious and many a time call suddenly gets disconnected after couple of minutes and the next time somebody else responds to the call and i need to repeat my issue all over again. This is extremely unprofessional, i would expect company like Airtel to have record of calls made by customers and issues raised each time and it should be the company which should proactively ensure that the service is rendered to the customer. In my case, the issue is being dragged on for now more than 5 months but no reponse from the company and my refund is still pending. I request you to kindly provide me a solution to this at the earliest. Regards, Vijay
