Text of Complaint by Krupesh Doshi:

I paid airtel digital airtel black new plan on 25th June 2025 by paying Rs 4000 advance rental, I waited for 16 to 18 days and called airtel every 2-3 days asking when the installation would happen but no response Didn’t come, I am upset. Because I requested for installation from airtel salesman, tried to talk to the salesman many times but he was neither picking up the call nor responding. Worried even more, I mailed to all Airtel team (nodal/complaint), that too was not getting any response, later I got upset and requested for cancellation on 12th June 2023. They said after 10 days process, amount will be refunded and for this I called call center many times, sorry for the trouble but we could not help you and there was no response on calls. Yesterday 26th June I got message that process is started and today I got call that refund will be credited back to your bank account within next 7 to 10 working days.

I want my amount back with one month and interest till refund date.
