I have raised complaint on STB as it it not working. Technician visited on 29/09/2020 and informed that problem with Television. i thought problem is with TV, then New television purchased and called the same technician to fix the issue. He again visited on 14/10/2020 and informed that the problem with STB, need to replace the STB. Then I requested him to replace the same, but the STB is not available in entire Hyderabad sofar we need to wait.
Is problem with TV or STB doesn’t find the technician. As per his comments, we sold old TV and purchased new one.
