Dear Sir,
i am a customer of Airtel digital .some channels were not coming even after being a part of package.I had been following that up since March end with poor response.
Finally I started writing mails and finally they charged for a new setup box and changed it on 2 Nd May.they showed a demo that all channels are coming but by evening error code 6 has started coming which is continuing till now.first they told within one hour it will get activated,then they told in 48-72 hours,I.e by 5 th may,now they are telling,they have installed a faulty setup box of some other customer andthey do not have a set up box I have to wait for new setup box to come.my mobile number is 9334389710 and customer I’d is 3024947679.
Iam not getting any resolution apart from the false assurances.please help me out.
