Hello, I paid for airtel black connection . (4000₹) and installation was delayed so i canceled the connection and asked to refund to original payment method But post following up everyday they told I need to Cancel my existing fiber connection which i got it canceled and still yet to receive my refund . Kindly give an update details on this.
I have even Sent them an mail to Content.Grievance@airtel.com
Still no reply to that email.
