Airtel customer care kept calling to activate airtel black connection .and I have paid 4000rs for connection post payment installation was not done for 1 week so i raised a request for cancellation .They told its cancelled and amount would be refunded and post follow up no one has idea where that is . And I even cancelled my broadband connection with them as they told they will refund only if I cancel by broadband connection. And now every time I call they tell it will happen in 1 day 2 day and recently they told they not at all refund my amount.
