Text of Complaint by P Thangadurai:

I have made porting from Airtel to Jio during Feb.2019. I have paid the pending bills of Airtel during the porting period. I am now using Jio phone. The airtel raised the balance period bill and autodebited from my credit card account. They did not send me the receipt for the same. Jio is asking for proof of making payment with receipt number or transaction number which Airtel did not send. I have sent email to 121@in.airtel.com. I find no response from Airtel.
