Text of Complaint by Swathi:

I have taken new connection and asked for old connection deactivation.
Number – 04049527105.They asked me to pay the outstanding amount on Oct 28th and i paid the same. They told it will disconnect in 2 weeks but they did not disconnect and sent new bill on nov.
I requested for disconnection again and they are repeating the same story.
Please help me here
