I’ve been using the Airtel Prepaid number 9911246310 for the last 18+ years. Yesterday suddenly it stopped working and there is no network on my mobile.
Today I checked with the Airtel store in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. As per them, my number is permanently disconnected due to failure in resubmission of ID/ Address proof in DOT (I’ve received SMS from Airtel to submit docs on 22NOv).
I understand it was my fault to not submit the re-verification documents on time. Sorry but I was out of town and was expecting to visit the Airtel store on 27Nov but before that number was blocked/ disconnected.
I’m requesting you to please do the needful and re-assign/ activate my number because I was using it for the last 18+ years and it’s next to impossible to change it in all the places.
