Text of Complaint by Yash Bharambe:

I recharged my Airtel SIM with yearly plan of 2GB data per day. Since 27TH NOV 2023 suddenly the network degrades from 4G to 2G though other Airtel sims in the same place are able to use 4G signal though there’s abundant data remaining for the day. Tried all things like changing SIM slots, disconnecting and reconnecting the network by moving to flight mode. This happened last year as well and had to change to a new SIM card for which the retailer charges 100 to 150rs. This is a unnecessary expense and airtel is cheating its customers. I cannot keep changing the SIM card again and again by paying additonal cost for no good reason.
