Text of Complaint by Shivani Saxena:

Airtel services are really becoming pathetic. Without the customers’ prior information, they are deducting rs.23 from the account balance. If a person wants to recharge with other plans, then simply he doesn’t have any option left since already the amount is deducted. What services are you providing to your customers. So ridiculous. When I had a talk with customer service provider, they said that this is informed to customer for auto- renewal of O/G services through messages but from the screenshot attached I want to show the message they are sending. It shows no sign of auto renewal process and deduction of 23 rs.
