I recharged my airtel no 7063824207 with plan Rs449 through The Smart Shop app on 04 September 2020 on 12:50pm. Smart Shop shows recharge successfull and given me OPR-TRANSACTION ID- H131634541 , Transaction Id-No G55JKA. I contacted with Airtel customer service center for refunding my money but they denied that we have not get Money that you recharged. When I was recharged from the Smart Shop app I get successful rechary then airtel send me an an sms that “Your mobile number txn Id 2009042823306 of Rs 449.0 has been initiated. Please kept the txn id for future reference” , although airtel says that they have not get any money of my recharge. They have been harassing me from the last 1 month. So I request here to take my complaint for my lose and give perfect verdict. If needed I will send further reference photo regarding this .
