Sir, I have been customer of yours for years and faced such type of problems earlier. Today I am unable to use internet so I complained for it, my complain is till now not resolved and any an amount of Rs 5 deducted from my balance for hellotune subscription which I didn’t. Sir, this is happening with my years back and I couldn’t have balance so I decided not to recharge for balance but today I recharged thinking this maybe a reason for not functioning of internet and the amount deducted. Sir, please look into the matter and let me know it’s outcomes. This is not happening with me some of my friends told me and I told them it happened earlier but not now, but I surprised to see it’s happening today….
