I initiated to add rs 1000 to airtel wallet and the payment went through but airtel showed it as failed transaction and saud the money will ve refunded within 48 hrs.Knowing Airtel reputation in such refund related matters as I previously have experience losing money on Airtel thanks app I raised service request.
I later checked it out and its showing as closed even when my issue has not been resolved !!
I raised several SR all of which had the same fate
Also Airtel is very clever in tricking its customers
First when i tried to raise SR it said minimum of 100 words needed as comment
But when i sent it it failed
It seems if we have put space between words the complaint doesn’t go through
(Wow airtel just wow…nice way to steal money and waste time)
Airtel customer service is the absolute worst compared to Jio and Vodafone which is far better
Better if i port to Jio
And we cant take screenshot due to “security policy” nice way of cheating people.
