I am unable to use the data services or airtel is not providing me the data services as per the pack or promised scheme.
Upgradation of 3G to 4G is literally done but serves no use. In a day, I can use not more than about 150 mb on average. Not because I don’t want to use but airtel doesn’t let me use it.
It is not providing speed more than 10 kb average which is far less than even 2G. Its been months since I sent them mail and filed a complaint but!!!!!
