Dear sir/madam
I am a user of airtel in Telangana. Now i am using plan of 249/- Rs. Under which I should get 1.5 GB data per day at 4G Speed and unlimited calling facility for 28 days.
Previously I used plan of 598/- Rs. Under which I should get 1.5 GB data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days.
From that previous plan to now, i observed one thing that the Airtel stealing my data.
Firstly, As soon as I use 1.5 gb of data, I get an sms saying 100% completed.
Few days later
1.45 GB used —- sms 100% completed
Few days later
1.40 GB used —- sms 100% completed
Few days later
1.35 GB used — sms 100% completed
Now,
Between 1.2 and 1.3 — 100% completed ( mostly 1.2, few times less then 1.2)
(You may think my mobile is hacked or any malware, but nothing like that)
They are slowly decreasing the data. I am not the one facing this problem, I observed my friends ( Airtel users) data, there also same problem.
Please take an action on this.
