I recharged rs. 98 data pack on 13 November 2020. It didn’t get recharged but my amount was deducted. So I recharged again for rs. 48. This one got recharged. But yesterday it showed that both my packs have ‘0’ data balance. How is it that within 1 day, a total of 15 GB is lost? I am left with just my daily data balance. I have lost a total of 150 rupees and 15 GB of data.
